Dive-In is always seeking quality staff for our many Centres around the Island. Although we normally recruit staff from our regular IDC programs, we nonetheless welcome enquiries from all other interested persons.

As the leader in Instructor Training on the Island we have many enquiries throughout the year from other Professional Dive Centres requesting quality staff as our judgment is highly respected. Your application could always prove fruitful. Submit your CV today with a current photograph.

Specifically, what we tend to look for in applicants is a well-balanced, multi-talented person with a blemish free Professional Diving History, we will seek clarification from the relevant agencies. The following attributes will also be required in all applicants:

• Smart and Presentable
• Be in status and up to date with any agencies you represent
• Professional & personal liability insurance in force
• Diver medical insurance in force
• Full and serviceable Scuba equipment as per agency standards
• Basic Personal Teaching materials: Instructor Manuals, Slates etc.
• Ability to work as a team member and on own initiative
• Self motivated with a happy disposition
