TDI / SDI Courses: TDI Instructor Training Programs | TDI/SDI Professional Level Packages
This Program commences with the IDC 3-day Preparation Course. We spend this time ensuring that you are happy with your Dive Theory and Skills before you proceed to the IDC. This takes away a lot of the worries and misgivings that many people have and you will feel totally prepared, relaxed, refreshed and ready for the following
7-Day Instructor Development Course.
You can enter the GO-PRO IDC Program at any level providing you meet the prerequisites of a Divemaster or equivalent rating from another approved Diver Training Agency.
After the IE (Instructor Examination) our IDC Candidates receive many further benefits and additional Instructor Training. Thus ensuring an employment potential much higher than normal.
This program consists of the following courses:
- Instructor Development Course Preparation Course 3 days
- Instructor Development Course 7 days
- PADI Instructor Examination 2 days
- Emergency First Response Instructor (EFRI) 2 days
- MSDT Preparation – Min. 5 Instructor Specialities 3 days
This GO-PRO IDC Program takes 17 days. You will emerge from this course a true Dive Professional and be able to teach a wide range of activities. Realise your true potential!
Dive-In's Centre of Excellence is a PADI Vocational Training Centre which means you are able to earn an NVQ Level III for completing your Instructor Training with us.
The Course Director and IDC Staff all take a personal interest in your development. We dedicate our time and knowledge to you and hone your instructional and tuitional skills to their maximum and focus on real world applications. You will be a highly motivated, well-trained, confident PADI Instructor and you will make lifelong friends whilst enjoying a career that you love.
To ensure that the highest possible quality of Instruction, Instructional Services and personal attention are extended to you, we limit the Candidate-to-Staff ratio to 5:1, that is, no more than 5 IDC Candidates per IDC Staff Member. PADI Standards allow up to 8:1 but we feel that this is simply too many for us to be able to maintain our consistently high standards that we have achieved successfully to date.

Bed & Breakfast only or Full Board Package includes free transport to and from the PADI Instructor Examination and the Open Water Dive Sites. Air tanks and weights are included. You have the option to dive with Enriched Air Nitrox throughout the program.
